配達パートナー様・フリートパートナー配送人様向け Uber Eats の利用規約（Uber 技術サービス契約）が改定されます

kawasaki様、いつも Uber Eats 配達パートナーとしてご稼働いただき、ありがとうございます。

配達パートナー様・フリートパートナー配送人様向け Uber Eats 利用規約（Uber 技術サービス契約）の改定
2025 年 4 月 1 日（以下「本変更効力発生日」といいます）に、利用規約（Uber 技術サービス契約）を改定いたします。

新しい利用規約（技術サービス契約）は、本変更効力発生日より適用されます。

主な改定事項は、以下の通りです。

第 2.1 条　アカウントの共有やなりすまし等の不正行為に対して、アカウントの永久停止や配送料の支払い停止等の措置が取られる可能性がある旨明確化しました。
第 2.2 条　主に以下の事項を明確化しました。
集荷・引渡地点に受取人が現れない場合に一度は受取人に Uber アプリを介してコンタクトを試みること、及び、当該集荷・引渡地点で少なくとも 12 分は待機して頂く必要がある旨を明確化しました。
※FP 配送人に関しては、上記に加えて、第 2.2 条に返却配送の場合に追加の配送料が得られる旨、また、建物内の荷物の集荷・引渡地点の詳細など集荷・引渡に関する情報を遵守しなければならない旨を追記致しました。
Uber Driver アプリを利用して配送サービスの履行以外の目的でユーザー又は受取人に対してコンタクト等をしてはならない旨明確化しました。
第 3.1 条　フル電動自転車を用いて配達を行う場合、有効な運転免許を保有していなければならないこと、及び有効な運転免許を保有せずにフル電動自転車を用いて配達を行った場合にはアカウント停止等の措置が取られる可能性がある旨明確化しました。
第 3.2 条 配達に用いる手段（車両又は自転車の区分）を正しく申告しなければならないこと、及び、申告と異なる区分の車両又は自転車を用いて配達してはならないことを明確化しました。また、配達に用いてはならない違法なフル電動自転車の例（保安基準に適合していない、保険に加入していない、又はナンバープレートを表示していない自転車）を明示しました。

本変更効力発生日以降において、貴殿が初めて Uber Driver アプリを開いた時に、新しい利用規約に「同意する」旨のボタンが Uber Driver アプリ画面に表示されます。ご同意いただけない場合、本変更効力発生日以降、貴殿は Uber Driver アプリを利用できなくなります。
なお、本変更効力発生日以前においては、特段のご対応は不要ですのでご安心ください。

Revision of Uber Eats Terms of Use (Uber Technology Service Agreement) for Delivery Partners and Fleet Partner Couriers
Uber Eats Terms of Use (Uber Technology Service Agreement) will be revised on (the “Effective Date of Change”).

The new Terms of Use (技術サービス契約) will take effect on the Effective Date of Change.

The main revisions are as follows:

Clause 2.1: Clarified that Uber may take reasonable actions such as permanent deactivation of your account or suspension of payment of the Delivery Fee if you shared your account with a third party or used your Provider ID or the Provider App fraudulently.
Clause 2.2: Mainly clarified the following matters:
Clarified that you must contact a User or Delivery Recipient at least once via the Uber Driver App and wait at least twelve (12) minutes for the User or Delivery Recipient to appear at the requested pick-up or drop-off location.
※For FP Courier, in addition to the above, we clarified that you may earn additional Delivery Fee by fulfilling the return trip and you must follow the pickup and drop-off information, including details of the location within the building address to pick-up/drop-off a package, etc.
Clarified that you must not use the Uber Driver App for any reason other than for the purposes of fulfilling Delivery Services.
Clause 3.1: Clarified that a valid driver's license is required when making deliveries using a fully electric bicycle and measures such as account suspension may be taken if deliveries are made using a fully electric bicycle without a valid driver's license.
Clause 3.2: Clarified that you must declare the correct category of your chosen Transportation Method (vehicle or bicycle), and you must not make deliveries using a vehicle or bicycle of a different category to the one you have declared. In addition, we also clarified the examples of an electric bicycle that must not be used for deliveries (i.e., a vehicle or motorized bicycle that does not conform to safety standards, lacks the required insurance, or does not display a licence plate etc).

After the Effective Date of Change, the first time you open the Uber Driver App, the Uber Driver App will display a button to "Agree" to the new contract. Unless you agree, you will no longer be able to use the Uber Driver App after the effective date of change.
Please be assured that you do not need to take any action before the effective date of change.
